I cannot log in. What should I check first?+
First check your email, password, and 4-digit PIN. Also make sure your email address has been confirmed after registration.
Why is my dashboard not showing what I expect?+
This can happen if the session has not started, the extension is not connected properly, or the data has not refreshed yet.
What if a child requests an override?+
Parents should be able to review the request from the dashboard and decide whether to allow or deny it.
